As Wayne Gretzky famously said, “It doesn’t matter who scores, as long as the team scores.” In hockey, success comes from each player understanding their role and working together toward a shared goal, adapting to challenges as they arise. Similarly, in Viera, every home built, every park and school opened, every road paved, and every business launched is a result of our teamwork and shared purpose.
